DEÍMOS and TOPHER reserve the right to decline bookings if the requested dates are not available, DEÍMOS is uncomfortable with the theme, or if they have valid reasons to believe that the client's reservation may breach the terms and conditions.TIMELINE
Bookings must be made at least ONE (1) month in advance to ensure sufficient time for the task and preparation. For rush bookings, kindly note that I can work FIVE DAYS prior to it with limited slots. Any other days will be viewed under the discretion of DEÍMOS' schedule.REVISIONS
Requests for revisions to plots (officiant/musician) or tasks completed (graphic designer) must be submitted promptly and will be considered at the care of DEÍMOS and TOPHER.COMMUNICATION
Both parties agree to maintain accurate and current contact information for effective communication throughout the service period. Communication will mainly occur via Twitter or other agreed-upon applications if necessary.NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Each party undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of any private, sensitive, or other information exchanged throughout the project. This responsibility will persist even after the service period has ended.TERMINATION
Clients must IMMEDIATELY communicate any cancellation of the service. The service provider reserves the right to terminate the project or service in the event of unforeseen circumstances, contract breaches, or non-compliance with the agreed terms.
